The US Department of State has released the June 2026 Visa Bulletin. Vietnamese EB-3 applicants remain in BACKLOG status. The priority date for Vietnam EB-3 Unskilled (Other Workers) is currently cutoff at January 1, 2020. If your PERM was filed after this date, your visa number is not yet available.

Regular processing now averages 6–10 months. Premium processing (Form I-907) remains available at 15 business days.
